WH2 Properties is led by Atlanta entrepreneur Chris Wiley, whose professional background includes more than 40 years in the restaurant industry along with over 15 years of real estate investment and property ownership experience. Through WH2 Properties, he has developed a portfolio of residential and commercial investments while maintaining a focus on stable ownership, responsible property management, and supporting the growth of local businesses.
Chris Wiley is also the co-founder of OZ Pizza, a restaurant brand that has operated multiple locations throughout metro Atlanta, including Douglasville, Fayetteville, Decatur, East Point, and Fairburn. His decades of experience operating restaurants, working with tenants, and navigating the challenges of small business ownership provide a practical, long-term perspective on real estate investment and property stewardship.
In addition to his business activities, Chris has served four years on the Fairburn Downtown Development Authority, working alongside local leaders to support economic development and business growth in the downtown district. WH2 Properties continues to focus on thoughtful real estate investment and long-term stewardship of properties throughout the south metro Atlanta corridor.
